Purchasing: We do not operate an on-line ‘shopping cart’ for purchases. Instead we prefer personal contact to ensure that you are buying the right product for your job. Orders for product are taken over the phone and you may use a credit card by utilizing the PayPal on-line payment system or the PayPal Virtual Terminal. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can pay by cheque and we will be happy to ship your product once the payment clears.

Our prices include 17.5% VAT.

Deliveries: We endeavour to ship your product within 24-48 hours of your order and freight is charged at the most cost effective rate available. If you are in a hurry for your order, you do have the option of paying more to receive expedited service.

Returns: We accept returns on most products, with prior authorization, providing they are unopened and unused and the request for a return is received within 30 days of the original order. If you wish to return a product, please contact us for authorization and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us. Once we have received your product we will refund the full cost, but are unable to refund any of the original freight charges.
Please note that due to the nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns on some types of powder products or any special orders. It is important to confirm the return policy for the type of product you are interested in prior to placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify the driver immediately. If this is not possible, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost.

Privacy Policy: Through this website we may collect personally identifiable information including name, company, address, email address and phone numbers when a user corresponds with us. In addition, should you purchase product from us we will require details of your payment method.
